(NASDAQ: POZN), announced today that the company, together with a
matching contribution from the Plachetka Family Fund of Triangle
Community Foundation, have donated a total of $70,000 to Habitat for
Humanity of Orange County (HHOC) (www.orangehabitat.org) for the
construction of a Habitat home in Hillsborough, North Carolina. The
Habitat team, consisting of POZEN employees who are volunteering their
time, will raise the walls on the Habitat home with a groundbreaking
ceremony at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2008.
